We at New Energy Work enjoy providing you and your peers with a friendly and supportive learning environment online. Please read these Terms of Service before you agree to joining as a Member or purchasing an online course. 

Confidentiality Guidelines

Our Observed Treatment Seminars include video of real treatments with real clients. These clients have volunteered to have their sessions videoed for members of New Energy Work because they have generously offered to contribute to the advanced training of Shiatsu practitioners and other energy-workers. Our highest priority is to protect their privacy and confidentiality. 

By accepting our confidentiality guidelines you agree to the following:

• Not to download or share or discuss client information on any public social media platforms including facebook, google, youtube twitter etc. 
  
  
• Not to share video or other media of the client sessions with anyone outside of the membership of newenergywork.com 
  
  

We do encourage you to:

• Discuss and ask questions about the Observed Treatment Seminar client's treatments on the forums within the membership area of newenergywork.com

Further Terms and Conditions

We expect that you will respect your fellow students and the staff.

We retain the right to un-enrol you from any course or membership area at our discretion.

All newenegywork.com teachers are qualified and registered with the Shiatsu Society UK. The online course hours can be used in the UK for Shiatsu Society CPD requirements. 

newenergywork online courses are delivered world-wide and newenergywork.com is unable to provide guarantees that individual national organisations will accept video based online learning as credits for CPD/CE/CEU.

However our CPD/CE/CEU are being accepted in the UK, Australia and Switzerland and other countries and we are able to provide course design expertise and documentation to support your CPD/CE/CEU submission to your national organisation.


Please see the Notional Hours document in your course for information on the course design, assessment and notional hours of the course.

* Lifetime access to purchased courses means you will be able to access all the material and the forums of the courses for the lifetime of the project. If at any time in the future for any reason the newenergywork project closes (which we do not plan any time soon!) we will give you enough notice to download all the course materials of courses you have purchased onto your local computer or tablet.
